Fourth Floor and Explosive Alan sign alliance deal

Leading influencer marketing agency links up with creative video studio to grow client offer.

Fourth Floor and Explosive Alan – two fast-growing creative businesses focused on the gaming, tech and entertainment sectors - have announced a new strategic alliance. By combining their services, the agencies can offer a fully integrated solution across influencer marketing, video production, and animation. 

Both businesses have experienced significant growth over the last year, with a significant increase in demand from both clients and online audiences, who have consumed more content than ever before through lockdown.  UKIE, the games industry body, recently announced that the UK market for video games alone reached a record £7bn in 2020 – an increase of 30% year-on-year.

Fourth Floor is a specialist influencer marketing agency specialising in building relationships between brands and content creators. Earlier this month, Fourth Floor announced a partnership with creative content and media buying experts Dialect Inc, and this alliance further builds on that shared offering. 

Explosive Alan is a creative video studio specialising in original and memorable content for social media, telling stories for brands. 

Last year, the combined efforts of the two agencies reached more than 600m views from consumers interested in content from gaming, tech, and entertainment brands.

Established in 2017, Fourth Floor is a global agency headquartered in Bristol, with offices in Europe and North America. The agency specialises in helping brands reach consumers by building partnerships with influential social media content creators to produce branded content that engages audiences and builds emotional connections.  Services include campaign planning and management, advocacy programmes, event management, and merchandising solutions, all driven by their proprietary Insight Engine technology. Fourth Floor’s clients include Ubisoft, Square-Enix, Wargaming, Frontier Developments, Turtle Beach and SEGA.

Explosive Alan was founded in 2012, and is based in London. The studio works with many big name brands to tell their stories through video, driving conversations on social media. Services include branded content, product showcases, livestreaming, trailer creation, and behind-the-scenes documentaries.

Explosive Alan’s clients include Sony Interactive Entertainment, Red Bull, Unity, Curve Digital, Red Ventures, and Wired Productions.
